Brent deserves 10 stars, not just five! I had a problem with my car today, and I called to see if he could just look at it to make sure it was safe for me to drive back to Philadelphia. He was really busy, but because safety is such a priority for him, he agreed to look at it. He examined my car and after taking time to explain a complicated issue, he gave me excellent advice and explained my options for deciding on repairs. As soon as you speak with him, you know he loves what he does, and knows what he is talking about. The Office Staff is also really friendly. I had an excellent experience at Brent's establishment. After thousands of dollars & dissatisfaction from other local mechanics in the area, i was recommended to Brent’s Auto Care. If you are reading this review, Let me tell you after finally going to Brent’s Shop was probably one of the best decisions i’ve made. Brent and his crew are friendly, helpful and outright honest. Just a single conversation with Brent himself you can tell he’s a very knowledgeable mechanic along with GM expert/die hard Cadillac Fan. If you read my other reviews you can see i went to just about every other mechanic in the surrounding area. Brent’s has been by far the most honest, transparent and respectful. I will be a repeat customer for years to come and will always recommend him and his expertise over anyone else don’t hesitate to give him business i’m sure he has a lot !
